Four steps, one phone call, one payment. Nothing is charged until you have heard the number, the amount and the fee read back to you.
Your name and a number we can reach you on. That is the whole form.
We confirm the UAE mobile number to credit, the amount in AED, and whether the line is prepaid or postpaid.
Payment is arranged on that call, with the AED 3 fee already included in the figure you are told.

The same numbers you will hear on the phone.
AED 3 per completed top-up. Up to AED 1,000 per number per day. Balance usually lands within minutes of payment, and within two hours at the latest.

If the UAE line is suspended or closed, the operator rejects the top-up. We return the money in full in that case — see refunds.

If anything above is unclear, call the Dubai desk before you send a request.
