What MobileLoad AE collects when you ask for an etisalat recharge online, why, and how long it is kept.

Who is responsible

What we collect
- From the request form: your name, a contact number, and optionally an email address and a note.
- During the callback: the mobile number to credit and the amount in AED.
- From the payment step: a transaction reference and status. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and never reach us or this website.
- Technical data: standard server logs with IP address, timestamp and requested page, kept for security purposes.
Why we use it
- To call you back and confirm the request.
- To forward the top-up to the operator and confirm it to you.
- To answer questions about a past request and handle refunds.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us in the United Arab Emirates.
Who else sees it
The mobile operator receives the number and the amount, because that is the top-up. The payment provider receives the payment data it needs to process the charge. Our hosting provider stores the site and its logs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Request and payment records are kept for 24 months so that refunds and disputes can be resolved, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Form submissions that never turn into a request are deleted within 60 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@mobileloadae.org and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to request records is limited to the desk staff who need it, and no card data is stored by us at any point. More detail is on the safety page.
Cookies
Only the cookies described in the cookie policy are used. There are no advertising or profiling cookies on this site.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly accept requests from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top.
